We want a Public Veterinary Hospital or take out the Mobile Operating Room to the streets to neuter the dogs of our Municipality. One of the big problems with abandonment is that the owners of animals do not castrate their pets and then leave the pups to their fate, that's why we need free neutering campaigns to lower the number of abandoned animals.
We cannot allow the apathy of the rulers who have never done their work now have to sacrifice stray animals. We cannot allow this to happen.
