I appeal to the City of Mejorada del Campo so that funds are allocated and receive the necessary veterinary treatment the stray animals that need it. Nor do we want to fine people who in good faith help these animals and enact adoption, because they have the right to be loved and cared for.
It has become customary to fine the people who help the stray animals when we know that the Town Halls do not take care of them. We cannot let them die, we cannot allow them to go hungry and thirsty, and when the councils do not give them food, drink and the necessary veterinary treatment, we must do it ourselves.
Someone has to take care of this problem, that is why I ask the Town Council of Mejorada del Campo to attend the needs of the stray animals and not fine to those who help them.
