An institution dedicated exclusively to the protection of animals and compliance with the Animal Protection Laws is needed in each city where there are protectionist groups. The animal police should be equipped with veterinary medical vehicles, a place to recover of animals in situations of neglect and abuse, where they have the power to fine and punish abusers such as Miami, Florida, Colombia, etc.
We need to control cases of mistreatment and abandonment of animals, and suitable people that love the animals and know all the legislation that exists on the subject. These people should be prepared to deal with cases of animal emergency, transfer to shelters and police power to arrest people accused of mistreatment and murder of animals.
Mr. Governor of the Province of Cordoba, please do something to end such abuse, murder and abandonment of animals.
