Do Not Abandon Your Animals

I want in my country, Chile, to be a Law to protect animals from bad and evil people.

I see on television as people drag their dogs with their cars to kill them, stab them, mistreat them, leave them on the streets, and it breaks my heart, and I see that the Government is doing nothing to prevent these cases.

With a few simple Laws we could avoid the abuse, with only convict abusers and murderers of animals to prison, with generating free sterilizations campaigns, prohibit events in which animals are mistreated and allocate money from fines for all sorts of mistreatment to build shelters, we would have a fairer country to our animals.
