Because the animals are reproducing without any control, that is the fault of the human being who have them and then leave them in the street or throw them as if they were nothing. They are animals and they cannot defend themselves.
The best thing for them is to castrate them, both male and female, whether it be dogs or cats, it would be a benefit to ourselves, and we would not have dumped or abandoned any animal out there.
That is why I ask the Municipality of Maipú and the city veterinarians to carry out free sterilization campaigns for both stray animals and pets of people with economic problems who can not afford such surgery.
