A man, brother of a known tailor in the neighborhood, 12 years ago brought home a dog, in this time just a puppy, giving it a life of physical abuse. Over time the dog had puppies, he sold them and kept a puppy that now has between seven to eight years, this puppy was also sexually abused and beaten.
In early October 2016 this person took and beat the dog named Canela. She was sexually abused and beaten. The dog came moribund and unable to walk, her brother took her to the vet, who confirmed what already narrated and the death of Canela. The abuser sister made the complaint and the authorities have done nothing, because this guy suffers from schizophrenia, and yet the authorities don't sent him to a mental hospital.
Now the other dog is in danger. WHERE ARE THE RIGHTS OF OUR ANIMALS????? WHY DO WE HAVE LAWS WHEN THE AUTHORITIES DON'T FULFILL THEM?????
