For so we look for the legal and illegal trade to be punished and penalized in the Federal and State Legislations. It also will seek that all penal codes punish and penalize slavery, mistreatment and killing of all living beings with exemplary penalties, so that all citizens of Mexico respect the life of every living being, no matter what species or race they belong.
A Law that protects the lives of all living beings would be necessary way to end both abuse and murder of animals, and their rights to have a home and veterinary care can be recognized.
For all this it is that this petition is so important.
