We are all shocked by the cruelty of this inhumane and cowardly act. A lady of the Barrio Buena Vista in Itapemirim (ES), beat a dog with a stick until the animal began to bleed.
The injured dog was referred to the Zoonosis Center (CCZ) of the city. The assailant was taken to the police station of the Judicial Police (DPJ) in Cachoeiro, signed a detailed statement and was released.
The council, which administers the Zoonosis Control Center, said the animal survived, but its situation is serious.
