It is important and it is a necessity today in Mexico to be able to have records of people who mistreat and commit offenses against animals.
Clearly, the people who commit these offenses against the life and integrity of the animals pay their fine for the crime and go out again to look for more victims. That is why the Congress of the Union should promulgate an Act so that the abusers of animals condemned by these crimes are part of a Compulsory Registry.
Society is tired of injustices with animals!
