Prohibit stray dogs to be chained and left to starve

It is important, we cannot tolerate such act with malice toward those poor dogs, they do not deserve such suffering, we must find alternatives, people who took this decision are nonhumans.

The authorities have chosen the cruelest possible way to handle the problem of stray dogs. Stray dogs are chained and left to starve, and nobody cares!

One of the places that suffer from the problem of stray dogs is the city of Siah-e Estalakh Saqad ol Molk, located in the province of Gilan, Iran. In recent years, the Iranian city faces this problem, a considerable increase in the population of stray dogs. An effective way to solve the problem is the sterilization of stray dogs to limit their proliferation. However, nobody here seems to care about these poor dogs. This method has never been used in this city.

The authorities decided to chain the dogs, so it is starving, and can be seen abused, emaciated and sick dogs. They are too weak because they do not have enough to eat. They need medical care, adequate food, and above all, need love and affection, to help them overcome this test. A shelter has also decided to step in and pick up as many dogs, but they need more help.
