All citizens of Toluca, you must know that in Pablo Sidar Street, there is a pseudo dog trainer that has a clandestine puppy mill, where dogs live in appalling conditions and are victims of abuse, such as: being tied to a pole for months.
Lets sign him to withdraw the dogs, to stop doing business with abuse!
Lets sign for the Government to ban the sale of animals, because it is a grim business that are the only ones who suffer are the animals.
