Punishments for Those who Mistreat Animals

We cannot allow this, friends, make a cause about this. There are many countries that have no Laws against animal abuse. In Peru is not punished, they just receive a fine, that's unfair. We cannot live like this or at least that's what I think.

I see everyday abandoned animals, mangy, sick, beaten, trampled, some with shattered legs, surviving this misnamed humanity. Because neglect is also animal abuse, not just the beating or killing of an animal, to abandon them alone to their fate in the violent streets is animal abuse and should be punishable by Law. Let us make a more animals friendly Peru, we are aware and we help animals, they deserve the same treatment than us.
