Because there is much indifference to torture, pain and suffering of these animals, in all the ways in which it manifests itself, and also with many other animals suffering unimaginable abuse.
Abandonment, neglect, abuse, murder. All this is happening under our noses and it seems that very few worries about this, and we don't see that the Government reacts. That's why we need not only Laws that protect animals, we need Governments to enforce them.
This is a call for the Government to react and do everything in their power to prevent this.
