I received a complaint that several dogs and cats are acquired by sailors who live in small houses in the Marina, in the Federal District, and left them outdoors, under the sun and rain, some still beat their animals when they cry because they are locked into that small spaces.
When they go to spend their holidays in their hometowns or transferred to other cities, leave their animals in the street, a situation reported by several people who live near these houses. I make the request to reach the Navy Command in Brasilia, for them to do an analysis of how many dogs are being abused by their subordinates, since they are committing a crime.
These military should be aware that this type of houses provided to them do not admit animals, so they cannot get them inside when it rains or gets too hot. They should receive some punishment by the Command, in the case of being more complaints like the one that I received.
