Addressed to: ALL ANIMAL LOVERS
The judges in cruelty cases against animals, especially Dogs and Cats. need to start to give out proper sentences rather than the "slap on the wrist and a small fine"
They need to view this cruelty as if it were an innocent child they were handing out sentences for, rather than telling those found guilty not to do it again (with fingers crossed)
