Sign this petition to create a public veterinary hospital in Uruguay!!

Here in Uruguay there is an immense amount of stray dogs, and because of this a number of dog and cat rescue associations have been founded, but all of them are of limited resources, and despite that, they try to save all the animals that can.

Here in the country, all of us who love animals are struggling to raise awareness of animal abuse and unfortunately the Government of Uruguay has no project or program to support these associations, nor are they interested in helping the huge numbers of street dogs suffering from hunger and inclement weather.

Therefore, my greatest desire is to create a public veterinary hospital, because there are so many animals lodged in shelters that need veterinary care, as well as sterilizations and medicines.
