To avoid the demographic explosion of dogs and cats, those who only live suffering from hunger and animal abuse. Also they die run over and some survive disabled and in terrible conditions.
In Benito Juárez the number of stray animals is increasing day by day, and the authorities are doing nothing to prevent it. That is why I ask the City Council to carry out a free sterilization campaign for stray animals and pets, as many owners do not have the financial means to carry out such an operation.
Animals also have feelings, but to their misfortune they do not speak, so we must be their voice, to ask for them, to complain and to thank when things are done.
