It is not fair to treat any dog like this. Stop abusing animals. In Quetzaltenango we have been fighting for the rights of animals for a long time, we cannot allow that Police, who are the ones who have to care, abuse and mistreat animals.
Abandonment, neglect, harm, exploitation among other humiliations are common in Quetzaltenango, so there have been several marches to end this scourge, but if the Police does not give an example, what can we expect from the rest of the citizens?
We need an example from the National Civil Police and investigate this case of animal abuse within the force so that later all citizens see that they enforce the Law whomsoever is doing the criminal act.
