President Alessandri in 1962 enacted a Law declaring the Rodeo as a national sport, but this is no sport, it's just animal abuse.
Animals suffer constant abuse in the sand, and not just hit on the covers, but many abuses that are not seen, as the use of prods on animals not want to leave the arena are committed.
This is a national issue and in my city I am also concerned the issue of stray dogs, the importance of these issues for me is something that Governments must resolve, we cannot tolerate further abuse animals.
