The Alas Building must leave without effect the norms that force the owners to get rid of their pets

The authorities want to throw all pets in four months, which seems extremely unfair to be banned to live in that building just for having a pet, we must do something to change this, it is a right of everyone the being able to have a pet, and if so far there was no problem with it, why now they want to change it and ban pets?

Because the fact that it is a military building, and who manages it is a military man, it robs the puppies the right to leave at any time to make their needs and does not allow them to use the elevators and many are forced to go down stairs since according to an "order of the day" of December 1, it has been prohibited to use elevators between 7 and 20, so if owners do not go down and climb dozens of floors by stairs, dogs can not be walked and must be locked up in the departments.

The ALAS building has 40 floors, and if it is not fulfilled, its owners are militarily sanctioned if they are still active.

Please ask Commander Eduardo David Capelli, the highest authority of the building, to reverse his agenda, and the President of the Nation, his direct boss, to give the order to remove this prohibition.
