Because all living creatures deserve respect and good treatment. Because we must demand the authorities that manage municipal kennels that dedicate time and money, not to abandon animals to their fate.
We cannot allow them to be abandoned again, and were abandoned by their owners and now the government abandon them again, what can these animals feel without any care and locked in dirty and overcrowded cages.
We must demand the government to do something with kennels and give them all the dignified treatment that animals deserve.
