Because many dogs have been blamed and ignored for thinking that they are violent by nature. They have to stop training dogs to do evil or to make money, if they want that then go to work. A dog is an angel and they do nothing but take care of us.
The dogs always pays the guilt of its owners, either because they are trained to be violent and fight with other dogs, because in that training they are mistreated, they are beaten to make them bad. Because dogs are not the problem, the problem is their owners who raise them to make them earn money, regardless of the health and life of these beautiful animals.
Although dog fights are banned in several Mexican states, they are not a federal crime. This is what we have to change with a reform of the Federal Penal Code to sanction dogfighting. We must make it illegal to organize and participate as a spectator in dog fights. It is the only way to be able to put a limit to this barbarism.
