We ask that leaders meet to discuss the global animal movement in order to discuss and amend laws. Animals should be included within the protection of the law. It should be punished with the same crudeness mistreatment by a human against an animal done the same abuse another human being.
If there imprisonment for raping a woman, same penalty if it is a dog. If there is jail for beating a child, very sorry for beating to death a kitten. Same punishment for the same offense, regardless if it is against other humans or against animals.
