The Municipal Dog Kennel Must Become a Shelter and not a Slaughterhouse

Here, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and around the world, irresponsibles people and abusers of animals abound, and on the outskirts of the city there are large herds of abandoned dogs of all breeds. Citizens around we do not know what to do with them, with our own means we rescue them, spay or neuter, vaccinate, cure all kinds of diseases (mange, distemper, pneumonia, not to mention the mass poisoning has occurred in different colonies), but nevertheless we have no space. Many of us have our own homes saturated with animals. I have my house 30 dogs and as I understand it no longer fits one more and not find a way to help all herds still in the streets.

Please, the kennels must all become in shelters and not in simple deposits for animals. Kennels converted into shelters can be supported with fines and infringements charged to abusers as there are enough (and even rapists dogs have, in the past in the municipality of Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, days were about lynched a man for this).

In this city we already have an Animal Abuse Act, let's make it worth. Mercy, justice and above all an animal lovers movement.
