It is a reality that more animals are abandoned that the ones given up for adoption, creating a great problem to manage properly and with dignity the animals who suffer.
Rather than ignore or sacrifice, the Government must support the Laws of Animal Abuse, offenders are fined and that money is destined to Animal Shelters or create decent ones for the recovery of the rescued stray animals, which are in the streets not because they want but because someone left them there.
That's why we should take serious action, which is control appropriately so that the perpetrators and abusers can be fined and this money could be used to cover the needs of many stray animals there.
It would help the government to listen to us once.
