How many pets appear abandoned each year? Many of them are abandoned by their owners because the cost of a veterinary clinic are very expensive and not many people can afford it.
We need in each city a Public Veterinary Hospital, where all people who have economic problems can bring their pets and charge less than what they veterinarians charge.
I hope someday we can do something about it and stop the abandonment so that all pets can be happy.
