I have experienced firsthand that Uruguayan veterinarians cannot diagnose many diseases in our faithful companions because of the lack of a CT Scanner.
In my case was medical part of seizures, all kinds of blood tests were made, but to access a CT scan to diagnose a brain tumor had to travel to Buenos Aires.
The clock did not expect and I lost my faithful companion.
Mine is not an request, is a demand.
