We need a dog shelter in the City of Castillos

That Mr. President and the Local Government of Rocha collaborate to donate a piece of land of which there are many abandoned and build a shelter for strays dogs of Castillos.

They were not to blame for birth and been thrown into the street, so I struggled to gather enough signatures and make these poor animals have shelter and food. They are not many but not few, castrating the population decreases and thus ensure us to keep them.

Only a place and people who give a little of your time to help is needed. People who love animals as I and many of them have also owner and are poorly cared for them a shelter.

Approve the law to penalize abuse and neglect, thank you very much.
