Because no animal, abandoned or ownerless, should be sacrificed in the Animal Collection Centers, dependent on the state, Community or Town Hall, when they don't find anyone who can adopt them.
In many places after 20 days since the collection of the animal, if it has not been identified, it may be sacrificed, this occurs in almost any part of the country, and that is why we must fight to achieve Zero Sacrifice.
This centers must take care for them forever if necessary, but their sacrifice must be prohibited.
