Justice and punishment for this patrol of the Municipality of Zempoala who tied a dog in the back of the truck and dragged it across the road.
This is not their work and in these hands is our social security. I think they need to make a more skilled, less ignorant and corrective actions to social security problems selection. Not to mistreat and kill dogs.
