Until there is a jail for this type of crime in Panama, all animal abusers will continue to do so. We need this case not to go unpunished, we are the voice of those who have no voice.
Titan was burned alive, the suffering he lived has to teach us that we can not, and should not, allow these events to continue unpunished. We need in Panama an Animal Protection Law for the offender and animal killer to go to jail. I want the case of Titan to be a witness case, and to change the Laws so that the animals are protected.
Enough animal suffering is not enough. Jail the abusers!
