In a developed country like Spain there are still animal abandonments, especially in more rural areas such as the town of Alcantarilla in Murcia. Through the streets you can see homeless dogs, looking for food or shelter, without anyone appearing to care.
I make this request to ask that please, the City Council of this town and the Province of Murcia to put means to stop the abandonment of animals and help those who are in the street, giving them food and water, finding a home and raising awareness of this problem.
