By this means and representing a large part of Mexican society, we demand the definitive closure of the antirabic of Los Reyes La Paz, Tecámac, Ixtapaluca, Ecatepec, and Cuautitlan Izcalli, as they are places where life of animals is not respected, besides the lack of ethics and violation of NOM-033-SAG / ZOO-2014 standard on which, and the amendment of June 26, electrocution was removed as a slaughter method, and established the use of barbiturate as the only method of slaughter, thus avoiding the suffering of animals. Similarly it requires that the full extent of the Law to employees and officials involved in the slaughter and electrocution of 50 dogs, on June 30 and July 1 in the Municipality of Los Reyes La Paz, Colonia El Salado, incurring in the crime of "animal abuse".
Moreover, said control center (antirabic) can become shelters, where the animals are neutered and rehabilitate stray dogs and cats, to give them a second chance to a life with adoption. And for owned animals, make sterilization campaigns.
