Create a shelter for abandoned animals, with free veterinary care

I live in the City of Rio Cuarto, Cordoba Province, Argentina. The problem of abandoned animals has grown exponentially, there are groups of independent protective that help these animals. Being so overwhelmed the demand are cases of abandonment, abuse, malnutrition, disease, and there is no place for dogs, they receive them at home, or as they can to heal them and give them up for adoption.

They not receive financial help to do this, just out of their pockets and the willingness of people to help. While there is an organism to serve injured dogs in the street, and a center of free castration, where you have to take the dogs to castrate and many people do not because they can't translate them.

The idea of the petition would be that this could be all concentrated in a large place, where it can receive the dogs, heal them, castrate them, heal them and give them up for adoption. For that we need the physical location, economic aid from any organization and authority that can finance this, and the help of veterinarians, doctors in the center at any time as there are emergencies all day.
