Require the owners of Potentially Dangerous Dogs (PDD), to obtain a certificate by examination of sociability, which are totally sociable with both people and other dogs so they can choose to walk the animal without a muzzle.
In Spain the Royal Decree 287/2002 amending the Law 50/1999 on the legal regime of possession of potentially dangerous animals develops, it refers specifically to domestic animals of the canine species.
Potentially Dangerous Dogs are considered from the following breeds: pit bull terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, rottweiler, Argentinian Dogo, Brazilian Fila, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.
The race does not determine the character of the dog, its upbringing yes.
