Animals are living beings, some almost human. The Creator did not put them on earth for us to use them at our service, but to share and work together for a better world. We are not more than they, sometimes they are more rational than us.
The Laws seem to protect offenders, with penalties that they usually not met and a few Euros in fines that free them of guilt. And so we continue to see abused animals in the street, abandonment, murder, and nobody goes to jail.
Laws must be improved, we must increase prison sentences, so any abuser will think twice before mistreating an animal, and if it does, serve his sentence accordingly.
Please do something together, I see the struggle to eradicate the Toro de la Vega, but we need to fight to have tougher Laws against people who torture and kill animals daily.
