Give a home to street dogs victims of the flood

In Paraguay after the flooding of the River Paraguay, many families had to leave their homes because they were affected by floodwaters.

Because of their precarious economic situation they rose to more comfortable areas but left their pets, many of them tied, perhaps so they died because they could not take them.

Rescuers groups took account of this situation and began to rescue them, giving life to makeshift homes, they did their job but cannot cope.

The homes of the animals lack of the necessary facilities, wishful thinking are not enough, there must be a policy or something else committed from the municipal government or the state.

Home that won't be a well spacious with amenities and administered by the municipal government where available human and financial resources place, schedules under the law are established and operate on weekends in which also arise accidents or incidents puppies street and not be a home or hospital sadly end up dying in the streets, alone and abandoned.
