On December 7, 2015 at 8:32 a.m. a guy by the name of Jhon Bautista who lives in the city of Cali, Colombia, house number 62 Area unidentified instantly kicked and killed a dog for no reason.
The witnesses called the police to appear in person they could make a complaint against Jhon Bautista.
