We have this atrocious case of a puppy attacked today in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador, Central America. This dog called Mambo was attacked with a machete and left to his fate, he spent many hours agonizing in a veterinary that some people took him, but poor Mambo passed away a few hours ago.
In El Salvador we have a recently approved law against animal abuse. Law that is never fulfilled, because the cases go unpunished and people continue to mistreat the animals. From cases of abandonment to aberrant abuses with it.
I wanted to ask them for help in spreading and demanding justice. This must stop, we want Justice for Mambo!
