Justice for the dogs poisoned in Huanchaco

There is already a Animal Protection Act, N 30407, which sentence with three to five years of effective imprisonment for death or unnecessary cruelty to domestic and wild animals.

But the authorities in Peru turn a deaf ear and take the evidence and allegations as mere damage and is not appropriate, this being a crime that threatens the lives of many animals, which are mostly pets or stray, protected by some organization.

All this is happening while our dogs are being poisoned. There are already many, too many, dead dogs, and we are asking for justice, because it seems to us that we very few who care and want to take the culprits to Justice.

We need the people to raise their voices and end the killing of this defenseless beings.
