In several areas of the city more than 200 dogs were found dead or agonizing in a short period of time, so it is suspected that all facts are related. It is important that justice is done in Ovalle and around as there was much sadness in the community.
The community put a demand but it went nowhere, so it is important that justice is done and that those responsible are brought to light.
This case should not go unpunished.
