Make shelters for animals and bring to justice those who mistreat them

Because the animals suffer, they do not speak to ask not to be beaten. They suffer and are harmless beings that do not have to suffer because of the folly of people who do not think before doing something to them. Justice for them, sometimes people kill for silly things but when it comes to a serious case like that of animals, they do nothing.

There is a Law that is already obsolete and must be modified and updated, but exists for the purpose of enforcing it with people who mistreat and murder animals, but this is hardly possible. What we need is to modify and update the Law against animal abuse so that people who abuse or kill animals go where they deserve, the jail.

On the other hand, the Government has another obligation with the animals, and is to provide shelter, food, vaccines and the possibility of having a home that loves them. That is why my request is also to build shelters where they can be contained, vaccinated, sterilized and given for adoption.

It is a struggle of all of us, who are responsible for their suffering, so we must do everything possible so that these two things can be carried out, there is no way to live in a just world as long as the animals continue to suffer.
