We must end this scourge. Abusers and murderers of animals are ignorant people who deserve prison and not only fines for the things they do to the animals.
We have a Law that protects animals, but we have a Police force that do not enforce it, a Justice that people who violate that Law.
Because we must be respectful of all life forms that share the habitat with us, because we cannot continue to allow other living beings suffer without our doing anything about it.
Because I do not want to keep quiet and I want everyone to do their part, citizens avoiding abuse, police imprisoning people who do not comply with the Law and Justice condemning criminals.
For a Peru without animal abuse!
