Because animals are living beings that deserve respect, and those who work collecting garbage can do it in a healthier, more humane and more comfortable way. Part of our tax can afford and help these people who have no other way to do their job.
We need to get the horses out of the streets, the abuse they suffer is unthinkable in the times in which we live, in the 21st century. Mares pregnant giving birth in the middle of the street as they pull the chariots, horses beaten to death, working all their lives with blows, starvation, cold, heat, is not life for any living being.
We need to replace these horse-drawn carts with motorcycles, or some other system that does not involve animal abuse.
Please, Lady Mayor of La Matanza Veronica Magario, have the necessary means to avoid this animal abuse, we and the horses need it.
