People Punished For Mistreat and Abandon Animals

Is important because each day the number of abused and abandoned animals in Argentina is bigger, and is terribly sad because every day there are more dogs and cats in the street, in the cold, hunger, among all the indifference and cruelty.

Individuals who have animals in their care and abuse them should be punished, and some do it with impunity, as if that was all right because the animal cannot defend. They have no way to speak against that person who mistreats them, then we must speak for them.

There is a Law Against Animal Abuse and most cases go into nothingness. Please, I ask you to do something to improve this situation and animals, as sentient beings, feel like us, can live free from all kinds of abuse.
