I propose this proyect of Public Hospital for animals for the same reason why humans have Public Hospitals. Animals feel pain, hunger, cold, thirst.
I support Public Hospitals for dogs and cats because not all animals have owners and not all owners are able to take the animals to a consultation to see how is their health, nor can pay routine tests, castrations, treatment for fleas and ticks, not even food and shelter for them.
