In the State of Morelos the killing of animals is a crime, but nothing is done for them. The Government does not punish those who demonstrably perform these practices, as in the case of Negrita, a newly calved community dog, which was clubbed to death by a cleaning worker from Cuernavaca.
Now we have another individual in Xochitepec Morelos, which says that he is a veterinarian, when he is not, working for the Government and Xochitepec. He goes out at night to kill dogs that live on the street. We already tried to reach the President Beto, so he can do something to stop this, but nobody answer our complaints.
Requests come and go and nobody do nothing. We therefore call on the Government of Beto, Mayor of Xochitepec, to stop the deaths of animals living on the streets and make constant campaigns for sterilization. An incidentally pay attention to the complaints against this pseudo veterinarian.
