Stop the Mass Poisoning of Animals in Dominican Republic

Addressed to: President of the Dominican Republic Lic. Danilo Medina

It is important because stray animals should not be poisoned as a way to "clean the streets" instead of creating shelters and be helped.

They are poisoning dogs and cats, many of them were fed and care by volunteers. They were poisoned near hotels many times, and it is suspected that there is something wrong behind that. We are tired of fighting for these animals to live their best to come unscrupulous people to cruelly kill them.

We must create awareness in our society, so that people know that poison an animal is to end a life, it is murder.

Mr. President, we ask you to act fast and enforce the Law 248-12 of Protection Against Abuse and Responsible Pet Ownership.
