Because they do not have another voice than ours, and because we are tired that those who have animals in appalling conditions do not have a punishment.
There is a Law against animal abuse, but nothing has changed, because those who must enforce it do not, then people continue mistreating and killing animals. Without Laws it is impossible to fight for the rights of animals, but without institutions that enforce it, the Laws are useless.
We need our Public Ministry here in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, get to work and enforce the Law, and especially the Police need to support us to stop the abuse.
