That young people under 21 are prohibited from having and breeding pit bulls

Young people under 21 years of age are not suitable for breeding, having, and walking with pit bull breed dogs, because young people tend to defy others challenging to dog fighting and try to denigrate its owners saying that they are cowards and other tricks to face the dog with another of the same race or other races.

It is a trend that the society never pays attention, often come to canine events just to show off their animals and dress them with necklaces with spikes, punishment chains with tipped wire, bibs with metal spikes and train and feed too much so they develop stronger muscles, just to show off their strength and aggressiveness and say their pet is the most impressive. Something cruel and ruthless when they lose control of the animal and another dog attacks causing irreparable damage and sometimes death. So irresponsibility is latent in youth under age 21.

So cruelty and abuse, and stigmatization of race is largely because of irresponsible youth.
